Invitation Only		 Advanced Run 7.15 pm till 8.00 pm
  Advanced Practice 8.00 pm till 10.00 pm
WEDNESDAY

Advanced Junior Practice
For 3rd to 7th Mon Players

 6.45 pm till 8.00 pm
  Senior Practice 8.00 pm till 10.00 pm
SATURDAY Novice & Beginners Practice 9.00 am till 10.00 am
 

Intermediate Practice
For 3rd Mon - 7th Mon Players

 10.00 am till 11.00 am
  Advanced Junior Run 10.15 am till 10.45 am
 

Advanced Junior Practice
For players of 7th Mon and above (strong players
below 7th Mon are also welcome)

 11.00 am till 12.30 pm

Junior Members are coached to attain the requirements of the British Judo Association and are graded based on the Junior Syllabus
